Cheryl is a dynamic executive with a strong record of accomplishment in challenging environments. She has demonstrated the ability to leverage Human Resources to meet or exceed business objectives in reorganization, new business start-ups and organizational restructuring contexts. She has worked for private, publicly-traded, not for profit and family-owned businesses across three different industries: hospitality, oil and gas, and healthcare.

Cheryl is an innovative, versatile and results-oriented leader with a reputation for getting things done with both quality and integrity. She has combined effective communication and strong strategic thinking capabilities to produce bottom-line results. Cheryl has over 40 years of Human Resources experience. She recently retired as Chief Human Resources Officer of Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas.

In her new role as an Executive HR Consultant, she has a strong desire to help with career counseling, talent development, and businesses with aligning human resources strategy and processes to drive key outcomes by drawing connections between talent and business performance.

Cheryl is a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR). She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. She is active in her community and currently serves on the board of Ladies 4 A Cause, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women in need of transitional support.
