A graduate of Texas Tech University with 26 years of experience as an educator, Susan has dedicated her career to serving others through leadership, mentorship, and community involvement. Today, she works as a Contract Specialist for a water management company, where she applies strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills to support business operations and client success.

As a former military spouse, she had the privilege of leading Family Support Group organizations, helping connect military families with resources, fostering community, and providing support during deployments and other life transitions. This experience strengthened her leadership skills and reinforced her commitment to serving others.

Throughout her career, she has served in numerous leadership roles, including committee chair and co-chair positions, where she successfully led teams, coordinated initiatives, and fostered collaboration. She has also been actively involved in a variety of volunteer opportunities, reflecting her passion for giving back and making a positive impact in her community.

She believes in the power of service and enjoys connecting with others to strengthen organizations and improve the lives of those they serve. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, traveling, and finding meaningful ways to support and encourage others. She is honored to bring her leadership experience, collaborative spirit, and dedication to service to Ladies 4 A Cause.
